Flash Game Hot Dog Bush
Hot Dog Bush
is a fast paced and fun game where you control George W. Bush, who is
in a tough spot after getting booted out of the White House. In a burst
of inspiration, he decides to open a hot dog stand in New York to earn a
living.
The object of the game is very simple. You want to make as much money sellinghot dogs as you can. Selling hotdogs
in a virtual world is tougher than it sounds however! Luckily, the
control in the game is very intuitive. The view of the game is from
inside your stand, and you look out at a New York landscape where you
see your customers, who present their orders. To use anything in the
game, you simply click on it. If you want to set up some buns on the
counter, just click on them. Click on hotdog
to get them on the grill. When they are done, they will flash, and you
can put them into a bun and serve them to your customers. When a
customer gets their order, they leave their money on the counter.
On the first couple days, the orders are pretty easy, and people only want hotdogs. As the game progresses, orders get more complicated, and you have to make fries, get sodas, and make hamburgers
in addition to hot dogs. The amount of money you need to make every
day goes up, so the game eventually reaches a crazy frantic pace, which
means its always exciting.
Hot Dog Bush requires a little resource management, and is quite reliant
on timing. If you want to get the most from customers, you need to
serve them as fast as possible, and also to make sure that their food is
not over or undercooked. Your grill only has room for three hot dogs and three hamburgers on it, and you can only have three hot dog and three hamburger
buns on the counter at once. If you leave something on the grill too
long, it will get burned. A customer will still accept it, but they will
give you less. You can have the option of throwing something burned
away, but this takes time and also costs you $2.
One of the best parts of the game is the wide array of customers you
get. You see a variety of interesting people come to your stand,
including policemen, businessmen, and construction workers. My favorite
customer is the welder, who was apparently so busy he still had to have
his mask on while he bought lunch.
If you do not make the amount of money for a given day, do not give up.
You are allowed to try again and start that day. Here are some hints if
you want to do well. Always put the burgers and hotdogs
on the grill first, because they take a bit to cook. You can use that
time to serve customers other parts of their order like fries and soda.
If a customer has not been served in a while, they will start to shake
in anger, and eventually leave if they do not get any food. Giving them
any part of their order means they will stick around longer.
Hot Dog Bush
is a fun game with a wacky premise. It will test your speed and
coordination, and you can enjoy the catchy music and zany graphics while
you play.
